• आमंत्रण पत्र अहस्तांतरणीय है ।
• कृपया अपना आमंत्रण पत्र साथ लेकर आएं।
• कृपया अपना मूल आधार कार्ड साथ लेकर आएं क्योंकि प्रवेश के लिए आपको सुरक्षा बिंदु पर इसे प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
• कृपया उद्घाटन समारोह के लिए विज्ञान भवन के प्लेनरी हॉल में दोपहर 02:00 बजे तक बैठने की व्यवस्था के अनुसार अपना स्थान ग्रहण कर लें। बैठने की व्यवस्था के बारे में बाद में अवगत कराया जाएगा। दोपहर 03:00 बजे के बाद हॉल में प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं होगी ।
• मुख्य हॉल में निम्नलिखित वस्तुओं को ले जाना सख्त वर्जित है: कैरी बैग, लेडीज पर्स, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक या रिमोट कार की चाबियाँ, स्मार्ट वॉच, ब्रीफकेस, खाने-पीने की चीजें, पानी की बोतलें, किसी भी तरह के हथियार, सिगरेट, माचिस, लाइटर, रेडियो, ट्रांजिस्टर, टेप रिकॉर्डर, कैमरा, लैपटॉप इत्यादि या अन्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण। इसलिए, कृपया इन्हें अपने साथ न लाएं। वस्तुओं का सुरक्षित रख रखाव आयोजकों की जिम्मेदारी नहीं होगी ।
• 14 वर्ष से कम आयु वर्ग के बच्चों को प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
• आयोजन स्थल पर कोई तत्काल पंजीकरण या पंजीकृत नाम में परिवर्तन नहीं होगा।
• उचित वैध पार्किग पास के बिना आयोजन परिसर में किसी भी वाहन को अनुमति नहीं है ।

Security Instructions

FOR PHYSICAL PARTICIPATION (ENTRY BY INVITE ONLY)

• The Invitation card is non-transferable.
• Please bring the invitation card with you.
• Please carry your original Government issued Aadhar card as you will be required to present the same at the security point for entry.
• Please be seated by 2 PM inside the Plenary Hall of the Vigyan Bhawan for the inaugural ceremony, as per the seating arrangement which will be communicated to you subsequently. No entry will be allowed inside the hall after 03:00 PM.
• The following items are strictly prohibited inside the main hall; no hand bags, ladies purse electronic or remote car keys, smart watches briefcase, eatables, water bottles, arms/ammunition, inflammable items, like cigarettes, matchbox, lighters, radio, transistor, tape recorder, camera, laptops, etc. or other electronics devices. So, please do not carry these with you. Safe keeping of the items will not be the responsibility of the organizers.
• Children below age 14 years are not allowed inside the hall.
• There is no on-spot registration or any change in registered name.
• Without a proper valid parking pass, no vehicle is allowed in the venue premises.
